The villa is designed by the renowned local architect David Bohorquez who was inspired by the Plantation Houses of Curacao. The layout consists of (1) main single-story building connected to a second building incorporating the main bedroom complex, (2) a separate two-story annex consisting of a spacious guest bedroom suite equipped with a full bathroom, a walk-in closet - and a study/bedroom with a balcony providing spectacular views and (3) a fourth building providing a two-car garage, utility room/additional bedroom, a guest bathroom and a large storage room. With regard to layout, finishing and materials used, this villa meets all the needs and demands of modern living.
The materials chosen all require minimal maintenance. The architect considered all important factors for living in Curacao.
