Watch out for these people, Danielle cassells will promise uall kinds ofthings she has nocontrol over and will play dumb and pass the blame down her lack ofcommunication chain. These people have lied, played the blame game, all she cares about usigning upfor hospice. Please doresearch before letting this place make money off neglecting elderly.

Exceptional care. Staff isprofessional and efficient. There isnothing they won’t dofor the patient and the family. Highly recommend. Ican only assume the negative comments were disgruntled employees ortrolls.

Absolutely amazing people. Idon't necessarily agree with how some things were handled but when Igot scared when Ididn't know which way togo because Iwas sleep deprived orjust sobroken hearted Iwasn't sure ifI was doing right orwrong they were just aphone call away orright bymy side holding myhand. hand taught meso much and Idon't know what Iwould have done without this team myhusbandhad. Ithank you all somuch.

My father ison this hospice and not only isthe care phenomenal but the team members treat him with absolute respect and hey doa fantastic job helping tocare forhim. Iwould recommend this company toany and everyone!!

My friend used this place isnow insate custody for the neglect herevived hewas taken toGreenville memorial hospital before they let him inthe hospital they had towash two months worth ofbody waste off ofhis body the nurse said hetried tohelp but itwould beassalt onthe patient ifhe touched him healso told meand mywife that itwas time for him todie and they would take meausers tomake this start happeing healso said that the patinet wanted tobe like this this was his wishes Ihave known the patinet 25years and Ican say this was not his wishes hewas also left onthe floor tocrawl around and the nurse said this iswhat hewonted this happened intwo months time but let mesay this Iwas sick for those two months orthis would not have happened please watch out who cares for your loved ones Ido not have one good thing tosay about this place… – show

We had the most difficult time with our 29year old daughter not getting onthe liver transplant list from MUSC. Wecoordinated ahead oftime before leaving the hospital sowhen wecalled after getting home they were all ready forus. Robin the lead nurse talked usthru the whole process and stayed incontact with uscontinuously thru the first 2days. The hospice nurse assigned tous then was phenomenal. Explaining everything that was happening toher ona very personal note. I'm not sure whathappened tothe lady inthe other review but this company bent over backwards for usin our time ofneed. Imost highly recommend this group toanyone inthis time ofneed.… – show

If Icould chose Iwould select NOstars. This hospice has become acomplete nightmare for myfamily. Mydaddy has been sick for 13years and just started receiving hospice care within the last six months. Icannot even count onmy hands how many nurses hehas been through. There isno consistency with this place. Herecently found out that ontop ofhis disease hecurrently has that hehad stage 3melanoma cancer. Hehad torevoke his hospice tohave the surgery done toremoveit. Wewere toldthat after the surgery wewould beable topick hospice backup. Not one single person from the Greenville Homestead Hospice has followed upand checked onmy father (knowing how bad ofshape heis in). Today someone was sent out tothe house WITHOUT anappointment topick upall ofHomestead's materials. Wehad toargue with them that they COULD NOT take myfather's oxygen until hereceived oxygen from his new hospice. Tosay Iam dis-satisfied with this hospice isan understatement. Noblood isboiling for the way myfather has been handled. Never again. Ido not recommend this hospice toANYONE.… – show
