The closer we get to the idea that businesses should approach the way a team sport or even a club organizes itself, the better results will be obtained in the organization.

𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺-𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹!There are many similarities between successful team #sports and success in #business. Both showcase excellence, determination, high-performance, and #team spirit - values that are essential for every business organization, and particularly for consulting firms. As the countdown to the Olympic Games Paris 2024 begins, we are not only spectators but proud contributors to this global celebration of #athleticism and unity. In its role as Management Consulting Partner to the International Olympic Committee – IOC, Deloitte is supporting the Olympic Movement in its pursuit of achieving a better world through sport. But our #partnership exceeds simple sponsorship. There is always a business component behind these global events. And we will support the business side of the Olympic and Paralympic Games by driving the strategic roadmap andsupporting the IOC to transform/ enhance their digital roadmap. Moreover, with our environmental, social and governance #consulting services expertise, we assist the #IOC on challenges identified in Olympic Agenda 2020+5. We're driving initiatives for strengthening athlete support and mental health, bolstering diversity, equity and inclusion, and extending sustainability – for example,by helping the IOC reduce their carbon footprint. However, our larger aim extends beyond these tasks. Our goal is to help the IOC to advance the Olympic ideal and vision which is more relevant than ever. In the spirit of unity, #athletes from around the world compete in their respective disciplines. The Olympic movement representspeace, with humanity at its core - showcasing physical strength, willpower, and creative spirit. The ideal of the Olympic Games should inspire everyone, individuals, and teams – in society and in business – to perform at their peak and strive for greater success. And it should be a reminder for unity and humanity. With some Deloitte colleagues actively participating in the Olympic and Paralympic Games this year, we are even involved both on the field and off, supporting athletes and contributing to the success of Paris 2024. Together with IOC, we are committed to creating a fair and sustainable environment for all, making an#impact that mattersin the world.
